    Our research examines the nature of value propositions and how they lead to the co-creation of customer experiences and value-in-use.

  • Food and Health Programme

    Our department is involved in a major University research and teaching programme that draws on food science, process engineering, nutrition, health, social sciences, business and commercialisation.
