Early bird registration – by Monday 20 June 2011, 5pm

• Single registration: $350.00 (plus GST).

Normal registration – Tuesday 21 June 2011 onwards

• Single registration: $395.00 (plus GST).
• Two or more people from the same organisation: $350 per person (plus GST).
• Three or more people from the same organisation: $295 per person (plus GST).

A full refund will be given for cancellations made seven days prior to the event.
