Since 1948 AIESEC has been the international independent non-political youth association that aims to promote social understanding, entrepreneurship and youth leadership in the broader community.

AIESEC provides young people with the opportunity to work abroad, develop leadership skills, build a personal network of friends worldwide, and explore the direction and ambition of their future. We provide these opportunities for personal and professional development through two key processes – leadership and exchange.

We are now present in over 1800 universities in 107 countries and territories.
