Mission

Our mission is to generate and disseminate world-class knowledge and best practices relevant for the digital enterprise. We strive to be an internationally renown research centre in Australasia by cooperating with academics, industry practitioners, professional associations and policy makers. We are committed to supporting a sustainable New Zealand digital economy by developing talent and supporting the national digital eco-system.

Objectives

Through on-going engagement with industry, policy makers, the media and academics we seek:

  • To become a leading research centre on digital transformations in Australasia.
  • To shape best practices and strategies relating to digital transformations.
  • To develop frameworks for academics and practitioners that enable and support sustainable digital transformations.

CODE is hosted by the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management but its members reside in various disciplines including accounting and marketing. Its members are top academics in their respective fields who published world-leading research in the area of digital transformations.
