How previous graduates found jobs
Every year, hundreds of students graduate from the University of Auckland Business School. They go on to work in all sorts of jobs and industries, doing all sorts of interesting things.
Looking at how they found their jobs can help you as you start your own job search.
- Some get graduate jobs with big employers who hire grads every year.
- Some get "normal" jobs, applying for jobs advertised in newspapers, on Seek or TradeMe.
- Some get hired by people they already work for part-time, or by companies where they've been an intern.
- Some find a job that no-one else knew was available – or even persuade someone who wasn't even looking to hire, to make a spot just for them.
